One PiecE HDF cabinet doors
All of our One-Piece HDF doors are precision machined from only the best HDF sheetgoods from Weyerhauser. Specifically made for machining, this material provides a perfectly smooth, defect free surface with no cracks, bumps, splits or checks of any kind.
All doors are finish sanded to 240grit, and all sharp outside edges are eased with a 1/16 roundover. They are ready to finish out of the box. We recommend two coats of primer, sanding in between, followed by 1-2 topcoats of your finish choice.
Pricing
All standard grade doors start at $18/sq ft, sanded and ready for finish.
Primed doors, primed with 2 coats of premium 2k solvent based polyurethane primer and ready for your topcoat of choice (water or solvent) are $35/sq ft.
Fully finished doors in any Sherwin Williams color of your choosing, including the same premium 2k polyurethane primer, and a 2k polyurethane topcoat system are $53/sq ft.
All of our finishes are spray applied in a professional shop setting to give you a flawless finish.

Classic Shaker
The classic Shaker door is a timeless look, equally at home in a modern kitchen as it is in a farmhouse kitchen. 3/4" thick, 3/16" front pocket and 1/8" back pocket. Drilled for hinges upon request.

Skinny Shaker
The latest trend in 2024 and 2025 of a 1" rail and style around a hefty 5/8" thick middle panel, with our standard 1/8" full back recess. Modern and sleek, this door is sure to modernize your kitchen.

Deep Vee Step
Our most popular door style in 2025, it has a wide bevel, a wider 2.5" rail and stile profile, and the classic shaker panel with a 1/16" step at the bottom to add dimension and depth.

Keelie
One of the most popular doors, also called the double shaker by some. Its a classic shaker look, with a wider rail and stile, and a 1/8" stepdown.

OG Deep Vee
Like its name, the OG Deep Vee is a modern take on the classic Ogee design, with a wide 120 degree bevel and a flat panel instead of the raised panel ogee look popular in the '90s(think every golden oak kitchen style)

The Campbell
This door is a shaker, with a single small 1/8" step down, unlike the Keelie that has a wider 1/2" stepdown. Its a shaker, with a little touch of something extra.

Step Bead
The steap bead is a typical shaker door, with a 1/4" roudover on the inside edge. Equally modern and traditionally looking, it can go with any design style.
