Here are some of the most common questions we get on a daily basis.
What's the difference between Refinishing and Refacing?
Refinishing is when we utilize your existing cabinet boxes, doors and drawer faces and spray 4 coats of our finish on top to make them look like new. Refacing is when we replace the door and drawer fronts with new ones in a different style and spray everything to match so they look completely different.
How long does it take?
Whether Refinishing or Refacing the in-home portion of the work takes 5 days for a typical kitchen. With Refacing, the new door and drawer faces also take 2-3 weeks to be made prior to scheduling the in-home portion of the work.
How much does it cost?
Of course everyone always wants to know but its impossible to give a price because each kitchen is different. Generally speaking most Cabinet Refinish jobs are between $3-7000, and most Refacing jobs are between $5-15k. It really is all driven by how big or small the kitchen is.
